Tzancă Uraganul este un apropiat al fraților Cămătaru, motiv lesne de înțeles de ce nu a avut de suferit de pe urma interlopilor, așa cum s-a întâmplat cu alți maneliști.
Potrivit unor surse, Tzancă Uraganul va cânta, în București, doar pentru Cămătari și, dacă va fi abordat de alte personaje din lumea interlopă, va concerta doar cu condiția ca cei care îl protejează să își dea acordul și, mai mult, ca cei care îl angajează să își asume
Anul trecut, în timp ce cânta, alături de Sorinel Puştiu’, Tzancă Uraganu a primit un pumn direct în figură, de la un bărbat care stătea la masă, identificat ulterior ca fiind Kany Spoitoru.
